They are dishonest and do not disclose the terms and conditions until it is too late for you to do anything about it. I was supposed to receive $3,000 back when I traded my used vehicle for a new truck. conditions until it is too late for you to do anything about it. I was supposed to receive $3,000 back when I traded my used vehicle for a new truck. First excuse (3 days later) was that they were waiting on the funding from the bank, second excuse (3 more days later) they were waiting on the title. I specifically told them I did not have the title becuase i just bought the vehicle i was trading. Albert (the salesman) said that was not a problem. They filled a lost title application and checked the Dept of Motor Vehicles and all was clear. He told me that I would get my check in three days max. It is 7 days now and I am being told that it will be at least 7 more. Plus, they sold me a brand new truck (2 miles) that has a problem with the radio not turning off when the key is removed and door is closed. Apparently, now i am finding out that Dodge know about this. So... why are they selling new vehicles with known problems? Why do they lie and not follow up on their end of the deal. PLUS... It took 8 friggin hours to buy the truck. DO NOT GO HERE... YOU CAN GET THE SAME OR BETTER DEAL ANYWHERE ELSE. CHECK THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINTS FIRST!!!! More
I bought a used truck and drove it off the lot. Within 12 hours the vehicle was broken down due to serious engine trouble. They refused to stand by the purchase, even though the sales person represented it a hours the vehicle was broken down due to serious engine trouble. They refused to stand by the purchase, even though the sales person represented it as a good vehicle. They simply stated that the sale was as-is, the problem mine only, and that they'd be happy to quote repairs. While that might technically be true, it goes to their character. If you can't have any faith in them to back up their words with action, why pay the premium for buying from a dealership? Buy private owner and save the money. There's apparently no extra risk. More
My husband and I went here in search of a used silverado to trade our current vehicle for. We found what we were looking for and was approached by a manager a while later. I do not recall his name. He asks to trade our current vehicle for. We found what we were looking for and was approached by a manager a while later. I do not recall his name. He asks us a few questions about the truck we're trading in and why. He asked if we had money down. We said no. He said we can work with that. He goes to get the salesperson, keys and price of the truck. The salesman, Chris, did not seem interested at all. Constantly trying to deter us from the truck. It just don't seem right. We started the process of filling out paperwork and all of the sudden, Chris says " i have to make some phone calls on monday, we will call you." My husband and I look at each other and leave. Between then and Monday, we were looking around on the internet and found a much better deal. My husband called first thing Monday to ask about the other truck we found. Chris doesn't answer the phone and they have a go around of voicemails and left messages to receptionists. Finally my husband gets a hold of the guy and tellshim theres a other truck we are also interested in. Chris says he will have it there that day for us to look at after work and he will call back with a few more details about it.. Then never heard from him. So we go up there at the time we said we would be. Chris is with someone else so we wait for an hour. No one else asks if we needed help and most were sitting around playing on phones. When Chris finally comes over, he says "oh, we didn't get that truck here." like it wasn't a deal at all. We decide to try and work a deal on the first truck we looked at. This truck was 2000-5000 over what kbb, NADA and Esmunds said it was worth. I printed out papers from all of them about the truck we were looking at and our truck. When he first gave us a price on ours, I almost fell over! 8000! Our truck was worth between 11000 and 13500. We would have been happy with 10500! I was completely insulted and said you might want to try again. he looked at me like I was crazy, disappeared for 20 minutes and came back and said "ok, we can do 9000 and thats it." I felt like he just flat out did not want to try to sell us this truck! No negotiating no back and forth. When my husband or I tried to negotiating the price of their truck, he changed the subject! I almost went off the handle at his blatant refusal to negotiate. Finally, my husband asked for our paperwork back and he snatched it to his chest and said "no you cannot have it" we tried and tried and I finally said "f*** you jack***" and we left. I have never felt so insulted and disrespected in my life! We ended up going to the Nissan dealership, where we bought the truck we were trying to trade in, and got 11000 for our truck and a great deal on our new vehicle. I will never even so much as walk through their lot again. More
This is a terrible dealership, there are far too many employees wandering around, playing football, and just hanging around rather than assisting customers or actually getting work done. We were there fo employees wandering around, playing football, and just hanging around rather than assisting customers or actually getting work done. We were there for 7 hours as our salesman (who in all fairness was very kind) tried to get a deal for us. The next few hours were a trip to bureaucracy xxxx as he had to go back and forth to the "employees only" area and talk shop. Finally we work out a deal with the general manager (who also is a nice guy). Then things get really bad as we go to the finance area. Some dude related to the owner wearing street clothes and a backwards hat comes in saying he'll be our financier. He apathetically tells us the interest will go up from 2.99 to 13% and it will require an extra 1000 dollars. We say no and they bring a bombardment of other middle men out trying to explain what we already know. They refuse to give us our paperwork back and before we leave the finance manager (another useless cog in this bloated excuse for a business) puts on a song and dance about calling a credit union to get us a "once only!" deal. After we've told him many times our only intention was to get our paperwork and leave. After I reiterate to him this point he immediately changes his mood to a fussy child and calls for somebody to get our paperwork. All he says is "I've done what I could" and ignores our presence until we leave his office. I actually reached for the paperwork he was handing to his coworker behind me to hand it to him myself and he jerked it away. Finally when we were pulling out (they still didn't give us our paperwork or even acknowledge us) the manager came out again and came to our original agreement. Then of course we waited another hour and a half to actually get the car because they had yet to inspect it. More
