On my (5 hour) drive up there, I was told they sold it the night before but that they had a similar used car and they were also transferring another used car over so I could see it. I got up there and was then told that the other car that was on their lot sold that morning and that the one being transferred was still an hour away. I ended up being there for 3 hours and that car NEVER showed up. They kept trying to sell me 2 new cars. One that only had half of the features i was looking for, the other had everything but they couldn't even match the price of a different dealership that was cheaper. What a waste of time. I have never felt so lied and used as I did by them!! I even had a friend email them about my original car, and was told it was still available (even though we were told it was sold!). SO UNETHICAL!! They did not listen to one thing I had to say. This dealership does the most shady practices ever! More

Bungled Finance Department The salesmen at Greenville Dodge were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. Now we know why! The finance department was a bit secretive and we felt a bit rushed to get our deal done. We planned to refinance the note immediately with our credit union and told the finance guy that. We purchased gap insurance at about half the price from our credit union, and expected a refund check for the difference within days of the payoff. Nope. 3 MONTHS later- finally someone admits to having the check there, after we called the finance company, the underwriters and the dealership, MULTIPLE times. I'm not sure whose fault it was, but it seems the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing! I will not go back...I will buy my next $50,000 dollar vehicle elsewhere. More

Both times the salespeople confirmed it was there and the last person I talked to (Lonnie Taylor) told me he would hold the keys as I had an hour drive to get there. Liars! I drove the hour to get there and he started walking around the lot like he was searching for it asking what color and year it was. If you can't sell cars without lying you should choose another profession. More
