Crazy. He says he can do 31,500 which included all three. I made sure that included all three, mainly because #1 I am not into wasting my time and #2 I have a seven month old baby in tow with me. Once I make sure that number is what I considered fair I made the trip. Hours later I am told that number did not include interest of idk what % even though I have excellent credit and it will be 5k more. What? Do you want to see where I have it in writing, the price I was quoted. Their response, sorry about that.. Too be fair I am not for xx, so I did not even care or really listen once they said they were not honoring the deal. Dont waste peoples time. It is very rude, and I rather drive 100 more miles than deal with a company that does not honor their word. More

I decided to let that slide and give them the benefit of the doubt anyways. We drive 50 minutes to get there and test drive the vehicle for sale, a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The dealership decided to not show the extreme amount of cosmetic damage in the pictures online, or make any mention of it in the description of the car. It is very deceitful and dishonest to knowingly omit information on what would be such a large investment. The sales staff we dealt with were very friendly, but the manager was arrogant. We had cash in hand for the sale and were willing to trade in our 2007 Jeep Patriot with 135k miles. The Patriot is worth $2000 at the very least, they offered us $500. Completely rude, and unprofessional move. When we gave them our final offer, they pulled out what the car would be worth without the cosmetic damage--which is irrelevant because the car IS, in fact, damaged. Don't waste your time, management is misleading, rude and insulting. More

Great Sales, F&I issues Had two great sales people work with me - Brandon Box & Kyle Isham. Both were very customer focused and got me into the vehicle I wanted. I would highly recommend either of them if you are looking at this dealership for a sales person. F&I was a bit of a disaster like always. I had my own financing coming into the transaction and somehow managed to sit for 4 hours and come into a situation where everybody was "dumb" to the fact that I had it, I planned on getting in and out for my daughter's 18th birthday celebration, but wound up having to push reservations back three times while the keystone cops routine went on. The F&I person I talked to was great and very friendly, but the process was typical for the car buying purchase, which I hate. I wound up in a yelling match with the F&I guy last car I purchased from another dealership so it I welcomed that the F&I guy I dealt with (I have forgotten his name) was nothing like that. Great dealership, just make sure you are very clear about what you expect if you bring your own financing before you come in. More

worst by experience in life Let me start off by saying my salesperson was wonderful and seems to be very hardworking but This was single-handedly the worst experience I've ever Let me start off by saying my salesperson was wonderful and seems to be very hardworking but This was single-handedly the worst experience I've ever had in vehicle purchases I own eight vehicles and have never had a problem used or otherwise I go to Greenville on 12/30. After speaking with them on the phone about the purchase of a one ton Crew Cab Dodge I show up to finalize the paperwork the price went up $4,000 from what I was initially told that, I was told I couldn't take the truck home because it has maintenance issues and was scheduled for a clutch replacement at 10:30 the morning of the day I show up and they were waiting on catalytic converters to come in which they told me will be Friday or Monday of the same week. So even though they change the price on me and with the maintenance issues I decided to make the purchase as I was stranded because I had to get a ride to the dealership which was 240 miles away from my heart for the following week around Tuesday I haven't heard anything back about the vehicle to fit all the repairs should have been done I'll talk to them Tuesday evening and he said the catalytic converter have been put on and I asked about the clutch and they said that they haven't done anything with the clutch when I'm informed them that I was told it had a 10:30 appointment on the Wednesday before they said they knew nothing about it until Tuesday morning 1/5, they were telling me it was going to take an additional we can possible to have it fixed unfortunate couldn't wait but I have to report to work out of state for the next 3 months so they tell me that they can arrange for the class to be shipped to me in a check for $500 sent so I can pay for the close to be put on I said fine so I come in Wednesday pickup truck drive all the way home get home and notice that silver accessories have been removed from the truck so being that I wasn't informed I contact the dealership again come to find out they remove your face reason they're sitting in the used sales managers office so he tells the sales associate that if I wish to receive the accessories that were originally in the truck when I purchased it I would have to pay my own shipping to get them in the interest of speeding up the process I agree now today is January 14th the accessories have not been package weighed or shipped and continue to sit in the method used sales managers office and also the chick that I was promised was sent to the wrong address so it was returned back to them and I haven't heard anything about that I haven't received the clutch which was supposed to be sent to me FedEx and UPS nor have I received the tracking number. More
