Horrible dealership. Customer service is horrible. I purchase the vehicle with cracked windshield and was told after 30 days i can get it fix free with my warranty solutio Customer service is horrible. I purchase the vehicle with cracked windshield and was told after 30 days i can get it fix free with my warranty solutions. I called warranty solutions and was told my warranty doesnt cover glass. So i call the dealership back and talk to my salesperson "Eric Smith" and he told me he cant help then i asked to speak with a manager and he hung up in my face. I tried to call him back with no answer. Then i call customer service desk and told christine what just happen and ask can i speak with a manager, she said they are busy and there is no one i can talk to. I ask for a name and number for a manager so i can call. She said she cant give out that info and also hung up in my face. Wow!! They charge me 19,440.00 for the car when we agreed to 17,500.00. They said the warranty was free but actuality it was 1,800.00. Horrible horrible horrible place of business More
