Then, without wasting our time on a sales pitch, she got us into a vehicle we wanted to test drive. She was perceptive, she did not try to persuade us, and she did her best to close the deal. All along she maintained a very professional and friendly posture. We went back and forth in our bargaining for the best deal but it was never confrontational, in fact, I have already told two people to go to her to buy their next car -- she is that good! More
