Attentive, knowledgeable staff and managers that want to do more for their customers than sell cars. They go beyond that primal goal and focus on the unique needs of their customers. I make that broad generalization because of how they treated my wife and me, whom they didn’t know from Adam, except maybe that really old guy Ray. The best car-buying experience of my 74 years, although I wasn’t buying many real cars that first half century. We came to Greenacres Nissan out of desperation and left with hope for the goodness of car salesman, “Greenacres is the place to be. Car selling is their specialty. From the minute I pulled into the driveway I was treated fantastically. I told them I needed an oil change and tire maintenance. Mr. Michael Alfano escorted me to his office did the paperwork for the servic fantastically. I told them I needed an oil change and tire maintenance. Mr. Michael Alfano escorted me to his office did the paperwork for the service required for my Nissan Kicks. He walked with me to the waiting room and told me there was coffee and snacks available and he would get them for me if I wanted them. I have lung problems and Mr Alfano. was so helpful. When my car was ready he had it brought back to where I had driven in to the service area. I didn’t have to do any extra walking to get into my car. He went above and beyond to make my service experience wonderful. I hope your manager of the Greenacres Nissan service department realizes what a great asset Mr.Alfano is. There should me more people like the thoughtful Mr.Alfano. More

The dealership is clean and modern. Everyone is very welcoming. Sales manager was very willing to work with me and had a great professional attitude.
