Bought a 2020 Rogue from this Nissan dealership. Test drove on local streets (never over 50mph). Once I purchased the car, and driving it home (on I-95) I noticed that it had a horrible shake when b Test drove on local streets (never over 50mph). Once I purchased the car, and driving it home (on I-95) I noticed that it had a horrible shake when braking. Also, noticed the passenger side door did not lock (you have to manually lock and unlock it). Took it back, and was basically told I was SOL. LESSON LEARNED: Don't only test drive on local streets. Lock the car door and then check the doors are actually locked. READ your contract. They added $5,000 and gave me a much higher rate than my credit union. However, I am honest, and take everyone at being honest. And the mgr, responds on Google, to contact him. That's only for show. He hasn't called, nor returned my call. This dealership is the WORST. And the 5 stars, I am sure are from those that had issues, they (Nissan Greenacres) fixed and then asked the writer to update. Stay AWAY from this store #GreenAcresNissan More

This was a great experience trading in my car for a New Nissan Frontier. One of the things that I liked about working with Greenacres Nissan was that they listened to what I could afford. My experience h Nissan Frontier. One of the things that I liked about working with Greenacres Nissan was that they listened to what I could afford. My experience has been that the salesperson and I would come to an agreement and then when I went to see the Finance guy to sign the papers the totals and payment amounts were way off from what we had agreed upon. That did not happen at Greenacres Nissan. What we agreed to was what we ended up with so there were no surprises. Greenacres even threw in a couple of bonuses so it worked out perfectly. William was my salesperson and he was honest with me, easy to work with, there was absolutely no pressure, and what they said was what they did. If you want to go to a place where they will listen to your situation, offer you their best deal, and not surprise you with higher figures than you agreed upon then I highly recommend Greenacres Nissan. It's a nice place too. It was clean, neat, lots of interesting brochures available, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I am glad I went there and you will be too! More

Attentive, knowledgeable staff and managers that want to do more for their customers than sell cars. They go beyond that primal goal and focus on the unique needs of their customers. I make that broad generalization because of how they treated my wife and me, whom they didn’t know from Adam, except maybe that really old guy Ray. The best car-buying experience of my 74 years, although I wasn’t buying many real cars that first half century. We came to Greenacres Nissan out of desperation and left with hope for the goodness of car salesman, “Greenacres is the place to be. Car selling is their specialty.
