Brought a used pick-up truck from Greenacres Nissan and it had a faulty oil senser which they replaced. However l have a small oil leak which l only just noticed so l phoned and emailed the service dept on it had a faulty oil senser which they replaced. However l have a small oil leak which l only just noticed so l phoned and emailed the service dept on the 18th May asking them if they could contact me about bringing the truck in so they can check that the leak was not down to the gasket they replaced when taking out the oil cooler and manifold cover before l take it to an independent garage for repair. No one has contacted me and l need to find out why its has an oil leak. Very poor customer service. it would take them 10 mins to check their work. Not Impressed More

Price online was for 26500, the GM said I was 10k off towards closing the deal , He and the staff were playing games with the numbers, truly deceptive liars. Check the prices before going. If I could give a zero rating I would. This dealer tried to rip me off by charging almost $5,000 above the sticker in so called fees of all sorts. WARNING .... This seems to be the kind of dealership in the 21st century. I have visited a number of dealers and virtually all of them try to pack high fees into the sale to increase their profits. These fees are nothing but EXTRA PROFIT for the dealer. There needs to be laws prohibiting this sort of price gouging. It is getting worse as time goes by. Our state and federal officials need to be made aware of this issue and put a stop to it. This is CRIMINAL activity and any car dealer that practices this price gouging should lose their license, be fined, and serve time behind bars. More
