Very nice people to work with Jose to Doug. Sales to Finance. Great group of guys to work with. They went to work for me with the banks and not only closeed a hard deal but got me Jose to Doug. Took advantage of a woman and broke vehicle This is not our normal dealership we deal with. Wife was intown for a funeral. Car would not start. Brought it here. Stated we needed a a new start This is not our normal dealership we deal with. Wife was intown for a funeral. Car would not start. Brought it here. Stated we needed a a new starter. We were charged $1,200 for a new starter. When we got back home and checked with our Nissan dealership they stated we were overcharged by $300 for that work. Additionally, upon returning home to Jacksonville, the car’s radiator became non functional. We had car towed to our regular dealership. They found the the radiator part that connects to the overflow tube had been broken off, and manually tried to be repaired by inserting a foreign object into the tube and then glueing the foreign object to the radiator. Nissan and our Nissan dealership states that there was no reason that part of the radiator to have broken off on its own. It was more likely the part was broken when the vehicle was at Greenacres during the starter repair. One would have to lean over the radiator to repair starter. I’ve been in contact with Michael Pritchett for the last two weeks about this matter. He still has not called me to discuss the issue. Only has emailed. I haven’t heard from in 5 days. I’m looking to be reimbursed for the repair to the radiator. He has the bill from our dealership here in Jacksonville. Not only was my wife taken advantage of but then our car was damaged, not repaired, and it was covered up knowing that she was from out of town. More
