Unfortunately, I have tried to get someone to “make things right” a couple dozen times through phone calls and texts, without a viable solution. I’ve wasted so much time and energy, talking with different managers and waiting for response calls from my voicemails, that I’m just over it. No one at the dealership wants to do their job, or take responsibility for the terrible experience. This isn’t about money, it’s about integrity and ethics. Do better!
