I had my car in Greenacres NissanI i had 2020 Nissan Rogue for service when a Salesman started talking to me about buying new car I said ok he showed me 2021 Nissan Rogue he said it had 1,500 miles on i Rogue for service when a Salesman started talking to me about buying new car I said ok he showed me 2021 Nissan Rogue he said it had 1,500 miles on it I thought I was negotiating for new car it was not I owe nothing on my car comes out to be now I have a $15,000 loan then I find out it's a used car it had 15 thousand miles on it . I took the car anyway because I liked it so took it the next day I was driving it and almost had an accident the car did not stop like it was supposed to. I brought the car back the next day the paper said you have 3 days if you're not happy we will make it right .the supervisor came over I told him what happened he said it is your car we don't take cars back and walked away 2 weeks it did the same thing that's when I brought the car to 441 Nissan that's when Andy help me get another car the only thing the car course me another 15,000 dollars from no car payments I have 30,000$ car payment Andy was very good before I took the car he went over everything about it I am still upset how I was treated at Green Acres Nissan More
Worst dealership to do business with, I still can’t believe how I was treated as a “customer” or I can say as an animal because that’s exactly how I was treated like an animal. I had placed my vehicle in the market for sale and I was receiving calls back to back from nissan dealership at greenacres, to go get an appraisal in my car. I decided to go in and ended up doing a deal with Frank Dellato, the worst person to do business with, talk to people with an attitude like he had the authority over others. At the time of the deal I shared with him that I was going to drop off the car title after 4pm the following day since I was getting out from work after 4pm and had to go get the title in my safebox with my bank. He never specified that the check processor leaves the dealer at 5pm. Long story short I showed up exactly at 5:57pm, tried to hand the car title to Frank and frank just went off on me, stating that I was supposed to be there at 4pm where we never set a time to meet. Frank was cussing and trying to argue, I told him that I had no time for that and that there was not need of him to have that attitude with me. I Tried to continue with the business and while trying to talk with Luis Alverio the conversation was just getting worse since he had a funny attitude laughing about the situation and also ignoring me as a customer that WAS CALLED IN, BY NISSAN TO BE TREATED THIS WAY, unfortunately I couldn’t take the unprofessionalism and decided to just take my car somewhere else because Frank and Luis Alverio think that based on their title they can treat others like we are animals not humans, I was called in to do business and ended up being told by Frank to leave the building, which I was more than fine with that. Frank keep on mind that this Job is not forever your attitude is what takes you where you want to be in life and unfortunately yours is really poor, it is so sad how there still people like Frank Dellato around, dealing with customer service. Is not my problem that you was having a bad day Frank. More
Most was great other than we only received one key. We have to pay $150 to have 2 keys to our new car so feel that Greenacres Nissan need to refund us the $150 for the key. My father and I went to look for a car for me. We chose Greenacres Nissan because they had the model that I was looking for. From the moment we contacted Green acres Nissan we notice the professionalism of Greenacres Nissan because they had the model that I was looking for. From the moment we contacted Green acres Nissan we notice the professionalism of the staff. Marili Hernandez was the sales representative that took care of us. Before we got to the dealer the manager gave us a courtesy call regarding our appointment. When we got to the dealer the car was already parked in the front for a test drive. That is what you call customer service. We want to thank Marili for selling us the car and being upfront and honest. We want to thank the management team for going beyond to make sure we were happy with our price and purchase. Thank you Greenacres Nissan team for making our car purchase a pleasant one.
