I was waited on in a timely manner. My customer service rep, Ruel explained the services I would be receivng and gave me an approximate time for completion. My vehicle was complete within 5 minutes of time he told me. He also reviewed my warranty and the extended warranty we had purchase. He was very polite when he responded to my questions. He also gave me a token to receive a free drink from snack bar. Checkout went just as smoothly. I will return to Green's Toyota for my service,uel More
Update I was contacted by Dwight Couch of Greens Toyota shortly after I made the original post. He personally took the initiative to correct this situation. He understood my frustration. Today when I took my truck back in, inspection was completed in an acceptable amount of time, Toyota is very lucky to have him as their Customer Experience Manager. I would give a 0 if I could. Second time I’ve taken my Tacoma in for the same recall inspection. Even though I had an appointment, first time I took it in, I was told it would be a 4 1/2 hour wait. I live 50 miles from dealership/service center. So I made another appt for 7:45am the following week and was told it would be completed first in line and would only take an hour. Arrived at dealership/service center at 7:30am and was told it would take at least 2 hours. After waiting 2 hours went outside to walk around and saw my truck sitting in the back lot. It had never been worked on. Manager, Jeremy Forthwood (may not be correct name as he didn’t want to actually want tell me) made various excuses why it had not been worked on, none of which applied to the situation. I had already canceled one appt and would have needed to cancel another had I waited 2 more hours. I left. There were no loaners available and no one in area to pick me up. Horrible management. make sure you are prepared to leave vehicle for hours even if you have appt. And this is a Toyota recall. I should not have to waste my time on their faulty product. More
