Excellent Customer Service…Friendly, Fast, and Efficient I was greeted and made to feel welcome…the associate explained the services that were to be provided when I checked in. The technician sent a video I was greeted and made to feel welcome…the associate explained the services that were to be provided when I checked in. The technician sent a video during the check up explaining how the car was doing after 5,000 miles. The appointment took an hour and I waited in the lovely lounge. Outstanding! More

Despite having a complex electrical problem that had to be diagnosed, my Service Advisor always kept me in the loop. The repair was completed in a very timely fashion. Absolutely horrible customer service in the service department. Granted, the truck I was having routine maintenance completed on was purchased somewhere else and this was my first (and last) time at th department. Granted, the truck I was having routine maintenance completed on was purchased somewhere else and this was my first (and last) time at this cut-rate service center, but there is no instruction on how to get your vehicle to the right set of doors, no one offers to assist (they're too busy talking with their bubbas), and when you ask for help, they completely ignore you. I will never return, so it is a moot point, but I will also never recommend this place to anyone or allow a family member to have their vehicle serviced here. Complete contempt for the customer. More
