I for one don’t wright many reviews on things. But when I just went to go get my car checked up, I paid, took my papers went home and read them, there was apparently a few things that needed to be replaced, just went to go get my car checked up, I paid, took my papers went home and read them, there was apparently a few things that needed to be replaced, including a drive belt and under these comments it said I "declined" having this done when no one told me about the issues. True, I should have read this at the dealership, but I feel I’ve been lied to. Plus they were very rude, which is not always the case. Perhaps just a bad day. I am just mad because they wrought on a paper that I said I did not want this fixed when they never asked, and this is in fact something I want taken care of, unfortunately not by them. More
I have dealt with Suzanne on a number of service items and she consistantly exhibits professionalism and genuine concern for any of the issues I have. I don't know what kind of dumb people there are that will put up with it to keep the place in business, but evidently they are out there. I'd hate to think how I would have been treated if I was not white. It was bad enough for me being with a friend who is not. It was even worse for the person in front of us in line. I may have only seen the parts and then the service area representatives, but the sentiment of looks of disgust, basic refusal to help by walking away, acting as if a part was not in stock; all more than enough to show what bad qualities are associated with this business. And seriously, how does a person get a job like that and not know how to read? More

I bought my first "NEW" Toyota at Green's also. The service at Green's is wonderful and I will only let them touch my car. I brought my Camry in to Green's a couple of weeks ago to the service department because I had a flat tire. I ran over a piece of glass in the road and needed a new tire. Michael Kirk was my service advisor and was very helpful and gave me different options on tire replacement. He saved me money and was extremely courteous!Last week I had to bring my Camry back to Green's because of two recalls. Suzanne Chapman was my service advisor. She got my car right in and I used the free shuttle service back to work. She explained in detail everything the technician would be doing as a result of the recent recall on Toyota Camry. I have never been treated so nice in a service department. My car was clean when I picked it up! I will never service my car anywhere else but Green's Toyota! Thank you Suzanne and Mike!! It is also where I bought my car and I also will buy all my cars at Green's!! I am directing my gratitude to Suzanne and Mike via this survey in assurance that it will reach their supervisor. Thank for an excellent service experience! I have recommended Green's to many friends and colleagues both for sales and service. More
I LOVE the service that I have recieved at Green's Toyota! I can ALWAYS count on the service department to help me with ANY problem or complaint I may have. The service I've received at Greene's as been great. I've never felt like didn't get great service or my car was not serviced correctly. I've never had any services pushed on me or anything that wasn't needed done. I've had my '03 Highlander serviced there for atleast 6 yrs. and will continue to go there for any services needed. And I will continue to buy Toyotas when this recall is over. More
My wife and I own 4 Toyota vehicles. I personally own 2 Tundras and a Scion. I bought one Tundra and the Scion new from this dealer. They also do most all my service work. My service contact, Kerry Drake, is always very helpful, friendly and gives me good educated advice about repair questions I may have. My wife and I own 4 Toyotas; that should tell you how pleased we are with the products. Green's Toyota is by far the best overall dealership for sales and service that I have ever encountered. More
