Excellent Customer Service…Friendly, Fast, and Efficient I was greeted and made to feel welcome…the associate explained the services that were to be provided when I checked in. The technician sent a video I was greeted and made to feel welcome…the associate explained the services that were to be provided when I checked in. The technician sent a video during the check up explaining how the car was doing after 5,000 miles. The appointment took an hour and I waited in the lovely lounge. Outstanding! More

I called greens toyota on 8/31 about a used tundra they had for sale my sales person was Brad Matson he took the time to explain everything to me before we drove it he answered all of my questions that I had for sale my sales person was Brad Matson he took the time to explain everything to me before we drove it he answered all of my questions that I had and told me to call or text him anytime if I had any questions or concerns I did not buy the truck on this day cause I wanted to think about it and wanted to look at a GMC. They were very pushy and aggressive at the GMC dealer Brad was not pushy or aggresive at all like alot of sales people. I called a few times the following week with questions that he answered in a polite and courteous manner.i came back up there and bought the tundra on 9/6. More
