Always the best service Everyone is always friendly and says "hello". I always receive good service and it is always explained to me what is needed. I am never pressured to get services I do not need. Love the waiting room with drinks and snacks, although you should have diet coke instead of diet pepsi. Especially love the popcorn. What a JOKE! I traded my car below book value... Bought a Nissan Juke I was sold as an AWD Vehical. It was not.. Half way back to great falls I pulled over to l I traded my car below book value... Bought a Nissan Juke I was sold as an AWD Vehical. It was not.. Half way back to great falls I pulled over to looked for awd.. This did not have it. I was Pissed. I contacted Jamie the manager at the time.. He told me well its your problem drive back down here n pay more for an awd that his salesman said I was getting........ Jamie as a manager was a joke.. Never seen a manager not give a customer the owners phone number so I could go above him. HE WAS TERRIBLE.. His salesman asked me to be nice on my review of their sales when Nissan sent me a review... I was honest this place is joke.... MIKE More
