If they find something that needs replace like an air filter etc. they come into the waiting room and explain it to you so there are no surprises. Its the little things too, like Tv's, news papers, soda, coffee or hot chocolate and cookies and an area with tv and popcorn for the children. They care about their customers - that says a lot. More
