Normal Service Came to dealer on 7/1/2016, Got in , at 6:50.am, I had an Oil change and Rotate tires. I was done after, 8:00 am. I had a 7:00am appt. Mr. MaCluskey Came to dealer on 7/1/2016, Got in , at 6:50.am, I had an Oil change and Rotate tires. I was done after, 8:00 am. I had a 7:00am appt. Mr. MaCluskey , a friend, came at 7:15 am., had the same service, his SUV was done when they called me. I feel , I was , purposely delayed by this department, so I would be delayed longer. The Oil Change sticker was mis marked, as I put syn.5-20 in the car. The car was washed, I believe , this is a negative way to treat customers, we are on our second new car that we bought at the dealership. More
