In having trouble with my 2004 Chevy truck's instrument panel cluster, I called Green and spoke with them and was informed about a "service recall" on my truck, but because of the high mileage on my truck, panel cluster, I called Green and spoke with them and was informed about a "service recall" on my truck, but because of the high mileage on my truck, it would not be covered. I was given the phone number to GM's service department and in speaking with General Motors, was not satisfied with the outcome. GM did agree to pay for parts, but not labor, which I was told would run about $150 - $200. Unhappy, but knowing that it had to be fixed, I set up an appointment with Green Chevrolet and had the work done. During this process, I dealt with Ralph Martinez over the phone and in person and was treated with respect and understanding. Mr. Martinez took the time to answer my questions and offered to have me meet with a GM representative to try to help me resolve my issues. I felt that he went above and beyond what was expected of him. The actual cost of repairs and the time it took to complete was half of what was quoted, which made me feel a little better. From start to finish Ralph Martinez made sure I was taken care of!! Thank you!! More

My daughter Ashley recently graduated from college and accepted a job in Colorado - and was making the trip from Michigan - alone with her cat when her 10 yr old Saab started giving her problems. I got on line and found 3 GM dealers and she stopped in to 2 of them and they turned her away - said they didn't service her car. I then got on the phone to Green Chevrolet which was 57 miles away and was told that yes they would try to help and would try to fit her in that afternoon. Well long story short she broke down 3 times trying to get there, was panicked and pretty overwhelmed...got the car started just enough to limp into Green's driveway and was pushed the rest of the way by a helpful Green employee. She arrived too late to be seen, but Jessica got her a hotel room (negotiated the cat as part of the deal), had her car and all her worldly possessions plus kayak on the roof - stored inside for the night, then drove her to the hotel and offered to give her a ride if she should need it ....wow - that is more than service...and that is just the beginning. She helped get her car in first thing the next morning, and got parts from a distant city rushed in - she arranged for transportation once again from the hotel to the dealership and had Ashley back on the road in less than 24 hrs and the charge was very reasonable. During all of this she dealt with my worried Mom calls & provided kind reassurance that all was under control. Lots of people made this happen behind the scenes - and I'm sorry I don't know everyone's name to thank....but my daughter is only 23, was very scared, first long trip alone and the care that was shown is reflective not simply of good customer service training, but of good caring decent people. Honesty, integrity, and fairness were reflected in all dealings. AND the car made it to Colorado and is still running perfectly. I can't thank you enough! More
This is the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with. They messed up my car I had to deal with them for 6 months; taken the vehicle to them more than 12 times. The warranty expired, then suddenly they knew what the problem was!!! Dirty, dirty service people. Melissa is nothing but a liar and watch her words! Everything that she's ever told us has been a lie. How could she be a service manager and not know a damn thing about cars?!?! I have spoken with everyone at their dealership to resolve this issue...but you know what happened because here I am. Taken your time, money elsewhere. More
