I was looking on the internet for a dodge cummins and found one at Green. Called about it and dealt with Greg Johnson over the phone about it as I was 300 miles away. Greg answered all my questions in a timely manner as it isn't easy dealing that far away. He told me about every scratch and ding and gave me the service report on what green did to it during their inspections. He also told me how to get my trade valued through auto trader in order to get a value for the truck I traded in. Now for the part that describes their great customer service. On my way to Green to check out the truck I got into an accident about 45 miles away from the dealership. Unfortunatly I hit a patch of ice and flipped my trade-in over. Called Greg to let him know what had happened and he was able to arrange for someone to come pick my family up. They sent Andy Grepares down and he was great. He was able to put my mind to ease during this time (as I was four hours from home) and told me that the dealership would do everything they could to help me out. Once we arrived with our vehicle on the tow truck and we walked in we were greated by Greg and he told us to take some time to unwind and settle down before we checked things out. At this time we met Stew Reuber the used car manager and he put my mind to ease as he told me he would work with me and the insurance on the accident. The whole process I went through did not feel like a car buying experience instead it felt like I was dealing with people that I knew for a long time. The financing part of the deal went smooth due to the fact that Rod Rose had all the paperwork done before I got there and the whole staff worked with us in order to get us back on the road safely. This dealership really showed me something on this day and I'm proud to say when it comes time to buy my wife her new chevy in a few years we will come 300 miles to do it. Of course it will be during the summer months and Greg has already told me he will just ship it to me. I can't thank this great group of people enough for everything they did for me on this trip. Rick worked for two-weeks trying to find the vehicle of her choice and daily up-dated her on what was available. He went way above the call of duty for help her purchase her first car on her own. I also would like to thank Carl from the finance department he did a great job! I have my own biz & customer svc is big for me - Julie S. was SCENT-sational! She kept our bottom line in mind when she pulled the first (and only vehicle) we test drove. We've had bad experiences with another local dealership, but Julie & Green showed us the other end of the spectrum on Service and just overall caring!! While over at the Service department (getting my awesomeness card that I can use for free car washes as long as I have the car!! WOOHOO) - Two different people remembered my name & details about me from conversations we had previously. I HAD NOT BEEN IN FOR MONTHS, IF NOT A YEAR! I know they see a lot of different people, so it is impressive that they remembered me, my name & our previous conversations! Green won me over with their Service department over the last couple of years and Julie has sealed the deal! Green may be across the river & on the complete opposite side of 'town', but they are our complete car service provider! Thanks, Green and Julie!!! More
Tony is one of the top customer service individuals that I've experienced. He was personable, very informative, and I enjoyed working with him. During the sale I felt as if he was working in my best inter I've experienced. He was personable, very informative, and I enjoyed working with him. During the sale I felt as if he was working in my best interest and not just the interest of the dealership. Ultimately, he impacted my decision to purchase but I never felt pressured. Bottom line, I told Tony what I wanted and he helped me to make it happen. I had an issue with the brakes around a month after I purchased the vehicle that required maintenance by the dealership. This repair was not covered under the factory warranty. They took the vehicle in immediately, fixed it in the same day and dropped off the car at my office. It was a wonderful after the sale experience and I was not charged a penny. Tony and Terry have been available after the sale for questions that I have had and they promptly reply to my emails. Terry even followed up with me last month to make sure that I was still enjoying my purchase. I am very happy with my service from Green Chevrolet. More
In having trouble with my 2004 Chevy truck's instrument panel cluster, I called Green and spoke with them and was informed about a "service recall" on my truck, but because of the high mileage on my truck, panel cluster, I called Green and spoke with them and was informed about a "service recall" on my truck, but because of the high mileage on my truck, it would not be covered. I was given the phone number to GM's service department and in speaking with General Motors, was not satisfied with the outcome. GM did agree to pay for parts, but not labor, which I was told would run about $150 - $200. Unhappy, but knowing that it had to be fixed, I set up an appointment with Green Chevrolet and had the work done. During this process, I dealt with Ralph Martinez over the phone and in person and was treated with respect and understanding. Mr. Martinez took the time to answer my questions and offered to have me meet with a GM representative to try to help me resolve my issues. I felt that he went above and beyond what was expected of him. The actual cost of repairs and the time it took to complete was half of what was quoted, which made me feel a little better. From start to finish Ralph Martinez made sure I was taken care of!! Thank you!! More

We had never been to Green Chevrolet before and would now recommend Green's to others. We are very pleased so far with the Cruz. It handles very well on our bumpy, gravely country roads. The quietness of the ride is especially pleasing. It handles well. The steering and braking are good. The vehicle is comfortable and roomy enough for us. We are not small people. And, of course, we love the mileage of it. Once we accustom ourselves to the electronics, it will be perfect. This vehicle replaced a 10 year old standard transmission Mazda Protegee. So far we are very pleased in making this transition and expect it to continue to be positive. My husband was acquainted with the Cruz from his research and wasn't at all disappointed in the reality of it. We expect to enjoy many years of driving in it. More
When I was looking for a car, I looked and had gone to so many dealers. Until finally I found the car I wanted and loved at Green. I was so stressed and tired of looking everywhere and I told John Brandenburg I know I want this car but in my situation I couldn't quite afford something that had good miles and a newer year. I loved the way Paul Shahin the finance manager pulled me in his office and listened to what I had to say and took time to know what I was going through. Being only 20 and getting my first car on my own is a lot. Paul and John treated me with so much respect and never tried to pull me into paying more for what I needed and they weren't goin to put me into a car that just wasn't what I was looking for. For a whole month I was in and out of dealers and yet when I thought to just give up, these two gentlemen let me know that they would make it happen no matter what. I got my 08 pontiac g6! They weren't going to let me down or walk out of that door without a pair of keys. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for an affordable vehicle that they love. They won't treat you like a saleperson they treat you like a new friend that wants you to get what you want and help fit your needs. I appreciate how John Brandenburg showed me 2 important safety features in the car, and took the time to explain the vaccumm brakes and the steering in my car. Lastly Paul gets to know you and wants you to leave happy with what you want not something you like, but LOVE. More
