I was looking for a newer Equinox or Escape and I came across Green Chevrolet while searching on AutoTrader. We found a vehicle we were interested in and the price was lower than others in the area (Kans across Green Chevrolet while searching on AutoTrader. Before I drove there I contacted Jeff Hepner to make sure the vehicle I was looking at would be as nice as the pictures made it out to be. He called me multiple times to give me details and even talked me through the vehicle as he was walking around it. As a result my wife and I made the 1.5 hour drive on a Saturday to check it out. The dealership is a little hard to find if you use a GPS system and Jeff said that's normal with any type of GPS unit. Anyway, we found the dealership and it was very clean and inviting. A different employee walked over to the building's door to open it for us which was unnecessary, but nice. We went through the standard vehicle walk-through, took it on a test drive, and finished talking about the vehicle purchase. Jeff went through the standard process of asking if we'd prefer to lease a new vehicle since they had such a good deal going on at the moment, but we were really looking to purchase and he didn't push us any further or make us feel awkward. The process was pleasant overall and the dealership had some very nice vehicles on the lot. I would definitely recommend shopping here and I will look to this dealership for future purchases, even with many more between Moline and my home. More

Paul not only gave us a great deal on our trade-in, he also really listened to what we were able to pay/month on a vehicle and met us there! In addition to our on-site service, we were promptly called and asked our experience in the new vehicle. When my husband had one thing he wanted to change in the vehicle, Paul was willing to give him options and be available (at any time) to answer any questions he had about those options. Let me also say that I travel extensively with my job and have very little time to search for a vehicle. At each car dealer I would tell the salesman I wanted a quote for each of the vehicles listed above both used and new. I requested they email the information to me so I could spend some time in the evenings while on the road evaluating my options. Without hesitation Julie accepted the challenge and this was based on no more than 15 minutes with her on our first meeting. Julie is the only salesman from the 11 sites that accepted my unusual requests and did so with a passion to please the customer - me. She did exactly as I requested of her, provided me all the information via email and called me various times to give me her work schedule. She also volunteered to adjust her schedule to meet my needs. I met with Julie several times, each time she did all she could to help me decide on the truck I wanted. With her help I decided to buy a Heavy Duty 4WD and negotiated a price for a new Chevy. A very good price and I was so very close to buying that truck however, I stumbled across a used truck that met my needs exactly. low mileage, low price and very clean and I bought that one instead. I told Julie about my purchase and she was very understanding and said that maybe we can work together the next time I need a vehicle. Wow, what an outstanding person she is.
