Took my daughter to Green to hopeful experience the great customer service I use to always get from this company. I hate to say it but it is not the same. Our sales man was new they say but he tried to pull customer service I use to always get from this company. I hate to say it but it is not the same. Our sales man was new they say but he tried to pull so many undermined tricks. Offered my daughter a car that was two years old. With a brake light on. We didn’t notice it until we got home. Also they never filled the gas up. Called them immediately to fix the problem and was told to come back the next day. Went back and was told to come back again. It was so many things that went down that I told myself I will not come back again and will not recommend anyone. The sad part is I have been going to get my cars there since I was 16yrs old. Customer service is just not the same. More

Never returned calls for service. 4 different occasions. Car They fail to return calls and blow you off when they should call to schedule. I was supposed to have hail damage repaired. Always great service I always have a great experience when I am in for any type of service; the staff is extremely friendly and professional, and the waiting area is so ni I always have a great experience when I am in for any type of service; the staff is extremely friendly and professional, and the waiting area is so nice and comfy! My only complaint about this particular visit was that when I went to pay for my oil change and was told it was now $22 instead of the $9.95 that I was told when I purchased my vehicle, that was the very first I heard of the change. I was never notified by mail, email or any other means that the price had changed. The service worker was so kind and did offer the $9.95 price for me since I was never notified, which is much appreciated. The new price of $22 is still very reasonable for the oil change, especially since they use the synthetic blend, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Other than that I have no complaints - I was on somewhat of a tight schedule and they got me in and out very quickly. I really do recommend Green to anyone that I know is in the market for a new car!
