We chose Green for service since we were happy with past service. We had a potential recall notice about emission system. Engine light had indicated catalytic converter issue and were told unless the $4,000 service. We had a potential recall notice about emission system. Engine light had indicated catalytic converter issue and were told unless the $4,000 oil leak was repaired the light couldn't be assessed. We did have the coolant leak repaired without event. Feel like we were not listened to. The engine light is on and the car will be gathering miles until the recall will not matter. Won't know if that is perception or truth since no one checked. Disappointed. More

This dealership is trash! !! I called and left a voicemail for service, and no one called me back!! I needed to bring my vehicle in for AC work, and it seems like it’s impossib !! I called and left a voicemail for service, and no one called me back!! I needed to bring my vehicle in for AC work, and it seems like it’s impossible to bring it in!! I need a service loaner and it’s like they act like they never have one available!!! It’s very hard to trust this dealership. I will never come back to this place again, and I highly suggest no one buy a car from the dealership because they will lie to you. More

The staff in collision department was great. Tony was the best. It was wonderful working with him. Everything was done in a timely manner. Tony keep in touch with me though the whole process. Took my daughter to Green to hopeful experience the great customer service I use to always get from this company. I hate to say it but it is not the same. Our sales man was new they say but he tried to pull customer service I use to always get from this company. I hate to say it but it is not the same. Our sales man was new they say but he tried to pull so many undermined tricks. Offered my daughter a car that was two years old. With a brake light on. We didn’t notice it until we got home. Also they never filled the gas up. Called them immediately to fix the problem and was told to come back the next day. Went back and was told to come back again. It was so many things that went down that I told myself I will not come back again and will not recommend anyone. The sad part is I have been going to get my cars there since I was 16yrs old. Customer service is just not the same. More

Never returned calls for service. 4 different occasions. Car They fail to return calls and blow you off when they should call to schedule. I was supposed to have hail damage repaired.
