rack up youyr miles with confidence with GMC and Green, I am on my 3rd GMC since 2004, my Yukon XL I put 286,000 miles on, my 2008 Yukon Denali ( I bought thru Green ) 207,000 miles which I traded into Gre I am on my 3rd GMC since 2004, my Yukon XL I put 286,000 miles on, my 2008 Yukon Denali ( I bought thru Green ) 207,000 miles which I traded into Green for my 2015 Duramax Denali Sierra on 4-27-15 , which I already have 28000 miles on. Green has always treated me fairly and expediently , do not see that changing, something else that will not change is my use of GMC products in my business. I grew up driving and racing Mopars, you come out with a sports car I'll drive it, but trucks have always been GMC, enen back in the 70's I had a GMC truck,3/4 ton 4 speed with the granny gear, a real power house, you keep making trucks and SUV's I'll keep buying them. More

Big problem for me, no problem for Green GMC service dept. I brought our 2014 Terrain in for warranty service after losing partial engine power while on a vacation trip out of town. We had just started a trip I brought our 2014 Terrain in for warranty service after losing partial engine power while on a vacation trip out of town. We had just started a trip to Missouri, but nearing Iowa City after 5PM, so we stopped our trip and called Green GMC. The service department advised us that the problem would reset by shutting down the engine and re-starting. They waited on the phone while we did that, then said we could safely return and bring the car in 7AM the next morning. When I got to the service department the next morning, Henry responded right away, checking the memory on the car's computer, and researching GMC's history of similar problems. After seeing that the problem would take quite some time, he brought me a loaner car so I could go ahead with my day's schedule, giving the service department time to make repairs. When they were finished, Henry called my cell phone and explained what they found. I returned the loaner car, expressing my appreciation for all the prompt action. Henry went above and beyond his required duties to assure that I was not inconvenienced any more than necessary. My thanks to Green GMC and especially Henry for the great response!
