I bought a Jetta S about a month and a half ago. Brand new. Unfortunately do to Quest Diagnostics, my previous employer, I was injured pretty bad 4 years ago. After driving the Jetta for a bit, my daughter noticed I wasn’t sitting properly and how much I was hurting and missing work. It took us a bit but we figured out that the car was just not for me. I spoke with Chad the GM. He reached out to the sister dealership in Fort Collins and helped me get the most top dollar for my brand new trade in so that I could get into a car that made my body happy. It has made all the difference so far. And I thank you. He was so sweet and nice about the inconvenience I caused him. I really appreciate his hard work. The segment for 3 row SUVs is crowded, and it took some time for us to figure out whether we wanted to buy a VW or a competing offer from another manufacturer. Over nearly a month, the Greeley team let us come in and take a look around, email a question or two, and was responsive and kind - even when at first it was a remote chance we were going to buy, considering as many as 6 different models initially. Eventually through deciding what features were critical, and eliminating models that didn't have them, we knew we wanted to buy a VW Atlas. Buying a Volkswagen Atlas for my family was - overall - a more complicated experience than it should be. There just aren't enough of them to go around for the demand. Dealerships "here" have many of them on the lot, and dealerships "there" have sold their allocation already. In the whole state sitting on lots there were less than 100 all-up, and less than 60 of those in the trim level we wanted, less than 5 in color combinations my family was trying to find, and only 2 of those with options we would buy. Unfortunately, neither of those was immediately available as the dealers that had them were holding on to them! The Greeley team knew I was talking to other dealers, and trying to figure out a way to buy the right car at the right price for my family. You hear about dealers who "go the extra mile" and then walk in and find out that most dealers are still a "fight" over the table for what you need versus the dealer profit margin. I had a timeline for the family, and deep into the buying process, it was seeming like the unavailability of stock was going to be a challenge. You cant sell what you don't have! Greeley dealership made a simple ask - we want to help you out here, can you give us until lunchtime, we should be able to let you know in a couple hours if we can help you out... Within a couple hours, the Greeley team called me. They had reached out for multiple states around. Colorado didn't have what my family needed? No problem, how about a car from South Dakota? We will bring it for free, still do a deal a competitive price, and make the transaction super easy. I really appreciated the hard work the team did. When I came in, Jake set my wife and I up with a quick test drive in a mostly-similar in-stock model as a final verification that the family was "on board" and we were buying the right thing. The sales management team honored the discount we had talked about on another more expensive model, even though the base price of the out of state option was lower, resulting a great deal for our family. They spent time with us, patiently explained the paperwork, and helped to make sure our title and related decisions were the right ones for our family. This sale wasn't about one morning's work. It was about a morning of hard work that book-ended weeks of support as my family went through the virtual tire kicking process to figure out what the right car was, and then to find the right combination and deal. More than a dozen emails. Three dealer visits. Two test drives. One car buy. More

Stole my stuff Braught my car in to get a new computer they took a little while to track down the part which was to be expected and it was all in all well priced. But after i got the car back i realised that a few things were stolen out of the car and the dealership has been far from helpfull in dealing with me just saying well were not responsable sir, as the stuff that was stolen will but me back a bit to replace i say just go to another dealership scip this one all together.
