From the first contact, it was calm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Since we live in Golden, Brandon arranged for the car to be driven to us - so great! We loved the car and the price and it was exactly as advertised. We decided to purchase it and drove up to Greeley to do the paperwork. That went smoothly as well - no hidden costs or pressure to buy additions we didn't want. Their patience began with looking for the right car and getting the right price no matter how long it took. Time spent at the dealer was minimal after we had decided to purchase a vehicle. In addition, Justin took the time to ensure we were happy on delivery as well as after, making sure any options were taken care of in service. In addition, he also went the distance to order our accessories. Communication was excellent. Bryan Wilson stopped by while there to assist us/chat with us regarding a bad experience with another one of the dealers he oversees. That is going above and beyond. Outstanding? You bet! We were looking for a decent car that would get good gas mileage and has low miles on it on a budget that not many dealerships can keep. So we looked online and found a 2011 Kia Rio and thought we might check that out. Turned out the car was parked somewhere else, but Josh was great, friendly and understanding and sent a driver to go pick it up. He informed us it could take a while (1 hour to 2 hours). While we waited he came to us in the breakroom, keys in hands and started talking to us that this is not the Rio but another car that might be a little bit more pricey but the same monthly payment. It was a 2011 VW Jetta. We took it for a test drive and immediately fell in love with it. The Kia was still not there so we decided to do some errands. Josh told us to take the Jetta and get familiar with it. So we did. It was great. We came back and after a little while the Kia came. It was kinda disappointing to get into it after we test drove the Jetta for pretty much the whole day. Yes, the Kia has better gas mileage but the rest was missing: No power doors, no power mirrors, no power windows. The Jetta had all that. Was great for us- made our decision that much easier. Josh was very friendly, polite and knows what he is talking about. What we hate the most is when somebody pressures you into buying a car and he didn't. He was relaxed and kept helping us out. I was looking for a 2013 Nissan Altima, specifically pearl white with black interior, and located what I wanted at Ehrlich Nissan and submitted an internet request. I received a phone call from Sales Consultant, Gary Shaw, within 24 hours to further discuss the vehicle. Gary was nothing short of amazing to work with...he listened to what I was wanting, was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with my financing options that very same day. Never once did he try to pressure me into a specific finance option, or into a different vehicle. Since I live in Nebraska, I set up an appointment with Gary for the very next day, and by the time I had arrived, Gary already had my financing taken care of and all I had to do was sign the paperwork. The entire experience was so seamless and easy for me...and best of all there were no last minute "surprises" with the financing. Since I've leased the Altima, I continue to receive follow ups from Gary ensuring that I am happy with the Altima and offering to address any questions or concerns I may have. I've never been treated so well and respectfully as I was at Ehrlich! I will be more than happy to refer Ehrlich to my friends and family...and I will definitely be a repeat customer! We have been looking for a used Buick for a few months and found the add on the internet. I called and talk with Brandon about the car and said we would like to see the car, but due to the wild fire the s and found the add on the internet. I called and talk with Brandon about the car and said we would like to see the car, but due to the wild fire the smoke in Greely would make it hard on my wife. He advised that the car could be drove down to us at are home in Arvada. We drove the car and decided to purchase it. We drove it back to Greely and in 2 hours we were done and head back home.
