We looked at 5 different makes and many different models and fell in love with the 2013 Pathfinder from Nissan. It is the first time I wasn't sure what I wanted and Michael was so informative and passionate and fell in love with the 2013 Pathfinder from Nissan. It was so pleasant, it was like doing business with family. We did our negotiations by email so when we arrive to sign the papers there was NO GAME playing. It felt great to have "trust" and confidence in a car dealer and know that you are making a great purchase at a great price. If you are even thinking about a Nissan and you are within 100 miles of Greeley it would be worth the drive to work with Michael and the team at Ehrlich. It felt to me like I meant more to Gary Shaw and Erlich Nissan than merely being a conduit to a sale. They really cared that I was given the right vehicle at the best price possible. My only regret is that I can't buy or lease a couple more vehicles from them. They are that good! More

I received the truck and everything described was better than expected. Very truthful and did not try to hide anything just for the sake of making a sale. Also after the price was negotiated they still did an oil change that I did not ask for and new mats that I did ask for. They did not have to do this and went above and beyond to make me happy. More

I was looking to trade in my car for a new truck in June of last year. We went to several different dealers from Colorado Springs to Greeley trying to find a deal that was actually a DEAL without the typic of last year. We walked away from several dealerships because they were giving us inflated interest rates, low balling the value of our trade.... you name it. Anything to make an extra dollar. I found the Frontier I wanted on Ehrlich's website and sent in an inquiry. I was quickly responded to by Charles via email. I told Charles what my price point was, what I expected from my trade and the interest rate I wanted. Within a day Charles had met all of my wishes without having to haggle back and forth. Charles even obtained a lower interest rate than I was expecting! I asked and Charles delivered. All done by email. I went into the dealership the next day and everything was completed and waiting for us. The only hold up was that we decided to have a hitch installed, which they completed on the spot in less than 30 minutes. By far the easiest and most satisfying car buying experience. Once we had our new truck, Charles remained in contact with us to ensure that we are satisfied. He even sent an email to my wife to wish her a happy birthday 3 months later. That's personal service. The vehicle was delivered to us instead of us having to make a trip which was very handy and convenient. Nothing about our experience was negative and I will definitely be recommending the dealership and Wesley to anyone I hear who needs a vehicle! More
