Unable to Get Service Tried to get an appointment from their service department. Could never get anyone to call me back. We have purchased/leased 6 vehicles from this dealer when they were Ehrlich and never had any problems. We moved to the Denver area and would still bring our vehicles here for service. Guess that is gone. Now I have to go looking for another Nissan dealer who actually is good. More

The service department explained their service program before I left and all the people I met during my experience seemed to be proud that I was getting a truck from "their" dealership. I liked that sense of pride displayed by the dealer's employees. I have bought several Nissans at this dealership (formerly Erlich Nissan) and thiought there are new owners, I would buy from this dealership again. More

Crazy D&H Fee I received relatively good service from the sales staff but then when it came down to talk price they stuck me with a $589 dealer and handling fee. W I received relatively good service from the sales staff but then when it came down to talk price they stuck me with a $589 dealer and handling fee. When I asked what it was for they said "additional profit". I know that a lot of dealers add this "fee" but even the salesmen I was talking to said it is usually around $300. They also tried to stick me with a bill for $399 for essentially scotch guarding the car. They reluctantly removed that but then went on to say that was their "give" to get the deal done. I would just recommend adding $600 to any price you see from them, be weary of the other fees that they try to add as well. The only reason I went through with the purchase was that the price of the car was still around book value with additional profit fee, but only because the car had been sitting on the lot for a while and they were trying to move inventory. More
