I just bought a used BMW from Sam (the owner), I couldn't have been happier with the experience. It started with a great low pressure greeting, then after I asked about a car he asked if I wanted to drive i have been happier with the experience. The buying process was great and no hassle. He promised a few things that he would do the week after the sale and they actually did everything! I wish there were more stars I could give this place. I'd buy from them again and again and plan to use them for service as long as I can! More

This was a wonderful experience. I was a bit skeptical because I had never bought a car out of state and had never bought a car without seeing and test driving it first, so this was a trust move on my par because I had never bought a car out of state and had never bought a car without seeing and test driving it first, so this was a trust move on my part to trust that what the dealer was saying about the car and the pictures the dealer presented of the car were not a misrepresentation of the car. This dealer did not betray that trust, but rather proved that everything they said about the car and how they presented the car was absolutely accurate and if anything an understatement of the quality of the vehicle. I bought a 2008 Maseerati QP Executive GT from Greater Chicago Motors and the car was so beautiful when it arrived (in and out) that I could barely sleep for the excitement of knowing it was downstairs in my garage. I was at first skeptical about buying a 4 year old car (I have always bought new), but the car is in such great condition in and out that it's basically new - the low miles evidently weren't false because this car is in pristine condition despite being 4 years old. This was a WONDERFUL experience and I DO plan on buying my next exotic from Casey and crew at Greater Chicago Motors. Side note - the car is a BEAST! More

Saw that they had lowered the price on a 2008 Jaguar XKR Convertible I was interested in to something reasonable. When I had finally agreed to pay full asking price including all their processing and docum Convertible I was interested in to something reasonable. When I had finally agreed to pay full asking price including all their processing and document fees, Josh came back and said that it was a pricing mistake and they raised the price a full $2000, saying that they didn't realize the difference between Kelley Blue Book retail value and their price were so far off. It's unbelievable that a no-name dealer in one of the most crooked cities in the country thinks that they can play these games and get away with it, over a car that has been sitting on their lot for over 6 months, no less! Then they tried to lowball me on my trade by offering $2000 less than Carmax and Autonation Direct. I would never even consider doing business with Greater Chicago Motors. And beware for fake reviews. Josh and Casey seem to be posting a lot of fake ones lately. More

Casey, stuck with the sale. I got a call a week after my visit and he made it clear that the dealer really wanted my business. My husband and I have been in the market to buy a very specific jeep for the last 6 months. We did tons of research and went to several dealerships. Randomly my husband came across an ad for EXACTLY everything we were looking for. After placing several calls to Josh and Casey we decided to finally take a trip down to Greater Chicago Motors. It was a long day but that was only due to my husband hammering Casey to death. My husband had a million and one questions and naturally felt insistent on trying to get a better deal. With every question my husband asked, Casey not only answered, but answered with complete confidence and detail. Explaining bit by bit the whys and hows. My husband knows his cars and much to his disappointment, so did Casey. He was thorough and honest. He even took the time to sit and do research on the computer with my husband to prove his point. In the end Casey was right on the money. He had a GREAT car priced at a GREAT value! In the end we were able to leave as happy new auto owners. From beginning to end we were treated like royalty by everyone in the store. Whatever we needed they made it happen. We went in there knowing we were preapproved for a loan. They even went as far as matching the loan. Even better was being able to drive away with the registration and plates already on the vehicle. My husband dreams of an Escalade some day and I have a feeling we will be visiting Casey again in the next couple of years! More
