First of all my wife and I were shopping for weeks for a Audi Q7. When we finally made it to Greater Chicago motors we were floored at all the beautiful cars and trucks. He showed us a couple of model Q7's and when they didn't have the one we were looking for guess what. They found one just for us!! Who does that these days! Casey did an outstanding job with making sure we got the bang for our buck. My wife is very picky. She needed a couple of things done to the Audi. They actually came to my job to pick up the Q7 and gave me a BMW loaner vehicle!! To top it off I didn't even have to drive to the dealership to pick up my car they drove it back to me! Oh I forgot. Just bought a 2005 BMW a few weeks ago, love the car and was certainly as advertised. Appreciated the professionalism of Nick and the candor regarding the car's condition and price.
