Hello Matt, Its Sam. I want to thank you for the kind words and apologize about the events that occurred. I remember you very well and I felt really bad about the check engine light coming on as you drove away. As I explained to you when we were here it was a unfortunate situation on a practically brand new ford raptor (21012 with 11k). I did compensate you with a $175 for your time and put in writing if ford needed any money to fix the problem I would pay, which I believe I paid a little extra for the mold around the door. Yes you are right, there was a dime size ding that we missed when we looked over the truck, again I paid to get it fixed to keep you happy. Then you called me days later and said there was a "hidden scratch" on the tailgate and you wanted a $1000 to fix it. I felt this was unrealistic. I did everything to keep you satisfied and I fully understood you were buying a 60k+ truck. As you can see your one of very few to leave us negative feedback over the 100 reviews we have. We do pride ourselves on customer service but paying a $1000 to fix a hidden starch doesn't make sense. I do apologize for the paperwork situation but please keep in mind it isn't entirely our fault.The majority of our business is out of state and every state has different procedures. We had a very tough time getting it right with Colorado. We are not a new ford store so we wouldn't have sent out your satellite radio subscription. I believe its less than $20 a month, so if you need a few months paid for and it would change your mind about me and the company please let me know. Again, you said so many nice things about us and how hard we tried to keep you happy, even after events we couldn't control, I don't believe we earned 1 stars across the board. But again Im sorry I came of hot headed, I just felt a $1000 for a "hidden scratch" was unjustifiable. I would love to turn this review around, and more importantly change your mind about us.
