Shocked at lack professionalism Surprised how easily they dropped the ball! On Tuesday, 9/1/15, I was put in touch with one of their salespeople, Mr. William Natel, (that's how he sp Surprised how easily they dropped the ball! On Tuesday, 9/1/15, I was put in touch with one of their salespeople, Mr. William Natel, (that's how he spells it, not NATE as is shown on this Yelp site) as I inquired about a Range Rover that Greater Chicago Motors advertised online. William answered my initial questions about the vehicle and we exchanged emails and phone #s. We made arrangements to meet Friday so I could look at it. I was eager to purchase this RR and Friday morning, before driving to GCM, I called William's cell to let him know I was on my way. He didn't answer. I left him a voice message. No response. Then I called the dealership, asked for William, (I believe I spoke with Anthony) and left a message for William to call me back. Still, no response what-so-ever. So I went to another dealer and gave them the opportunity. Today, Monday I was so dumfounded that I still didn't get a call back or an email from William so I called GCM, got William on the phone, and asked why he never got back with me. He response was that his girlfriend made an unexpected birthday celebration for him on Friday; that he went somewhere in the woods and couldn't reach anyone; that he had a lot of things going on, etc., etc, etc. One of the lamest excuses I've ever heard. (Being 60 years old, I've heard many) If William would have given me any kind of communication on Friday before he left for his destination I would have understood. If he would have contacted me on Saturday or even on Monday, I might have understood. But I got nothing, zippo, nada!!! It is rare to have someone who is suppose to be a professional have such a disregard for customer service; especially from a customer who is ready to buy. Fortunately for me I found the same vehicle from another dealer who, although further away, was very accommodating and had the same vehicle which I purchased. So with no help from CCM, it wound up a happy ending for me. I'm so glad I did't get too involved with Greater Chicago Motors. More

Great Service I was looking for a low mileage Porsche Cayman, and found it on the Greater Chicago Motors website. I had initially purchased a Maserati Grandsport, b I was looking for a low mileage Porsche Cayman, and found it on the Greater Chicago Motors website. I had initially purchased a Maserati Grandsport, but was unable to get it to pass emissions. Working with Wally Plachcinski, and his associate Rodney, I was able to return the Maserati, and get into the Cayman. Every step of the way Wally was very helpful, and made sure I picked the right vehicle for me. I am very happy with the results, and will buy more cars from this dealership. More
