Purchasing a used high end vehicle sight-unseen 1000 miles away is not for the faint of heart, but everyone I dealt with at Greater Chicago Motors was honest, helpful and friendly. The car was priced very competitively considering the low miles, options and condition. Chad Madani was detailed and fast getting the final papers put together for the transfer and Carlos picked me up from O'Hare literally within 10 minutes of me walking out of baggage claim. The car was waiting for me front and center, in great shape and was completely as advertised. This dealership specializes in low mile European beauties, and my clean and correct M-Sport 550i did not disappoint once out on the road, getting me back to Colorado quickly, safely and comfortably. The title for the vehicle arrived at my doorstep via Fed Ex a few days later. Overall a very positive experience that I would recommend to anyone. More

He got back fast and gave straight answers without any misleading information. We drove 6 hours to see the SUV. We were not comfortable buying it without seeing it and driving it for ourselves which he completely understood. When we found a small tear in the seat, he discounted the price and helped me find a local repair service that came out to my house to repair it at that price. We did not agree on everything but I found him reasonable to discuss the situation and come to an agreement. I should also mention that Chad Madani was awesome. He gave me a great financing deal. Provided the SUV performs well in the years to come, I will definitely consider buying from them again. More

Not a good experience for me The place is surely for ebay type business. It's not a place designed to go, see, sit down, test drive, negotiate, etc. The sales folks were constant The place is surely for ebay type business. It's not a place designed to go, see, sit down, test drive, negotiate, etc. The sales folks were constantly distracted and seemed to me were trying to do multiple deals at same time. There is also lots of squabbling between guys parking the cars and sales guys, etc. Not professional. I didn't get a good deal and I think they pulled a funny math on me on what I negotiated and what came out in final price. The car I got also was just driven by one of sales guys and had used shoes, some trash, etc. I also was given only one key, small detail they missed. But they did treat me very well, took time to show cars, pull out cars I wanted to see from the sardines line packed warehouse. Overall I wasn't pleased though. And wouldn't recommend. More

Terrible customer service!!!!! I live in another state so I had a good faith deal made with this dealership; I spent several hundred dollars on airfare, took off work for 2 days to I live in another state so I had a good faith deal made with this dealership; I spent several hundred dollars on airfare, took off work for 2 days to come pick up the vehicle only to find the vehicle was not as described. I was assured 2 different times that the tires were in great shape, I verified twice because I had several hundred miles to drive to get home, When I arrived at the airport the dealership courtesy pick up was :20 late, I also asked the salesman to have the car prepped and ready to go when I got there because of the long trip home. The car wasn't even in the showroom and it took them another :40 to get the car so I could inspect it, at that point it was still out of fuel. When I inspected the vehicle it was decent but not as clean as it was portrayed plus 2 of the tires had bubbles in the sidewalls, the owner refused to come out and talk with me and would not work with me at all on fixing the issues, therefore I didn't buy their vehicle. It was a very costly and disappointing trip to say the least. I would proceed with caution when dealing with this dealership!!!!! More
