Garrett was very helpful and responsive to all of my questions and followed through the actual purchase and delivery of the vehicle itself. He also took some add'l photos of the car to help eliminate any concerns of the car's condition. The delivery went exactly as planned and my new car was dropped off and trade-in was picked up by the same driver, making the delivery smooth and easy. The car was exactly in the shape I expected. Buying sight-unseen can be a bit nerve wracking but Garrett made it very easy. Overall, just a very easy and assuring purchase experience! Anyway, I kept my eye out for the car I was looking for (had to be in white) and finally came across my S7 one day while shopping online for cars (which I seem to do more often than not). I requested to speak with a sales rep and Wally reached out to me immediately and I went to see him the same day. This is the first time I have ever purchased a used car to needless to say I was a bit wary given all of the things I have heard over the years about used cars salesmen, but after meeting Wally I felt much more comfortable about the process. He had the car waiting for me when I came in and it was exactly the same as it was described and nearly in perfect shape. Wally did a great job getting the price down to an "acceptable" level and also gave me a great trade in offer for my A7. I have had the car for a couple of months now and I LOVE IT! Given the fact that I am constantly searching for cars I know that I will reach out to Wally once I am ready for that Panamera Turbo I have my eye on now, lol. I would definitely recommend this dealer as they have an impressive showroom and make sure you ask for Wally!! More
