After researching the vin i found some info on where and how much they purchased the car as i did at the other dealers. The others straight out lied about how they aquired their cars except this one. Khayin was honest and was willing to work with me. Needless to say I purchased the car at a price that we both were happy with. I would recommend Greater Chicago Motors to anyone looking for a high quality car, a great price with great customer service. More

Deceitful Seller-No Return Calls I see lots of good experiences posted here but if you should have a major concern as I did, I was left to deal with it alone. Called and left several I see lots of good experiences posted here but if you should have a major concern as I did, I was left to deal with it alone. Called and left several messages with the salesperson (at least 4) and on one occasion after telling the salesperson who I was, was given the old "can i call you right back?". No call ever came. I thought about taking legal action. What this place did was sell a car with a major rear end axle and subframe damage that was never reported anywhere that would show up on Carfax. Clever. After my Mercedes dealership got to the root of the problem by performing a closer inspection to the rear end it was clear to them that this was concealed as best it could be to hide for a sale. Cost of repair was $8000 to my C63 AMG. Think it was coincidence that the salesperson never returned my calls? Fat chance. Buyer Beware. There are things that a car can have happen that may never show up on a Carfax if it was never reported anywhere. If you see a car here, get a thorough inspection from a trusted mechanic. More

Friendly and Courtous I purchased my vehicle in April 2016 after looking for several weeks. Wasn't sure that I wanted to travel all the way to Chicago to pickup a vehicle I purchased my vehicle in April 2016 after looking for several weeks. Wasn't sure that I wanted to travel all the way to Chicago to pickup a vehicle (we live in Virginia Beach, VA) but it was well worth the trip. I originally dealt with the GM - Wally who answered all my questions. He didn't pressure us about the vehicle or harass us with calls after the initial inquiry. Once we decided that we were going to Chicago, Wally told us they would provide pick up service from the airport and not to worry about a taxi or Uber expense. Driver picked us up right on time and we were at the dealership (which is a warehouse) within minutes. We were greeted by Wally immediately and he in turn had his salesperson Khayin show us the vehicle. Khayin was very nice, not pushy very comfortable to work with. Once we had decided to purchase the vehicle we were turned over to the F & I department where we were in and out in about 30 minutes. Everything was easy...and no drama....just the way we like it. On our way home to Virginia Beach they even called to check on us to make sure that everything was fine. The dealership also handled our vehicle tags with our state DMV with no problems. The vehicles in the warehouse were all clean, neat and ready to show. Would not hesitate to do business with them again.... And since I use to work in the Car and auto finance business for over 20+ years that's high praise coming from me. More
