Honesty can never be understated..happy I met khiyan Wasn't expecting to buy a car when I walked in. I had my guard up. GCM and Wally are the best !! GREAT EXPERIENCE ! I have bought my second car from GCM in the last 3 years. Wally was my salesperson last time and was there to make the deal happen GREAT EXPERIENCE ! I have bought my second car from GCM in the last 3 years. Wally was my salesperson last time and was there to make the deal happen the second time. They got to where I want to be on my 2008 Porsche. I live 2 hours away but Wally went over the car with me over the phone a described everything he could before I drove out to Chicago. They are very polite and know where they stand in the market on every car. Wally made it very clear that it is a used car but still for the year and miles it was in good shape. In the end came to an agreement we both can live with and I took my car home. Thanks again Wally and GCM !! More

Reading a lot of these reviews I can see that people have ridiculous expectations when it comes to buying a USED car. Get real. If you want perfect than stop being a pauper and order yourself a new one, most likely you cant. I didn't like my apr but I also had some debt on my credit so it made sense. I worked with cayenne. Did a great job and I already sent customers to them. I felt the need to write this because I purchased without seeing the car and got nervous after reading some reviews. It's obvious to me those negatives were false. Thanks guys! More

They lie about "almost" everything I will edit my review since I wrote the first one in a hurry. I don't recommend doing business with these guys. I purchased a BMW 335xi. They told me that the mechanic just checked it, it's nothing to worry about (of course no body inspected it). Turned out to be transfer case (part of the transmission). Costs 1,000 dollars. They fixed the problem the next week after I stopped the payment check over the weekend. The manager Wally was very rude, I mean extremely rude. The owners though are very respected people. I met the owner and his dad. When I bought the car my salesman William kept the spare key with him (because I paid using a check), but he never told me that he was going to keep it. And when I asked about it he lied and said that they sent it to the key store to replace the battery and mail it to me when it's back. They told me that the car has run-flat tires (the way it should be on a bmw) but of course they were not! The windshield wipers needed replacement, I told them, at the beginning they refused to replace them, and when I told the owner's dad he told me they don't have wipers for it in stock. They are not as professional as they should be. I mean they sell high end cars, but don't be deceived by the looks. I changed the my rating and my review just because the owner's son reminded me of how nice his dad was. But I would never give a 5 star or even 4 stars just because of the manager Wally and the salesman William. At the end the problem was fixed, but I will never forget this bad experience. More
