Out of state customer I called Greater Chicago Motors to inquire about a 2012 Porsche. Mark checked on the car followed up and confirmed it was available. From that point I called Greater Chicago Motors to inquire about a 2012 Porsche. Mark checked on the car followed up and confirmed it was available. From that point on I told him I wanted to test drive it. So I put a deposit down and it was down hill from there. Mark sent me email receipts for the deposit he informed me about all the details of the car emailed me all the car history and was very personable and transparent. However when it was time to test drive the car I didn't like it and I saw another car I liked drove it and chose the 2012 Mercedes CLS63 instead. I traded my CLS 55 AMG for their cls63 AMG. They were straight forward and gave me a fair price for my trade and the deal was done. I would highly recommend GCM to anyone who would like to buy high end luxury cars. This is actually my second time buying from them and this second experience was an easy breeze. No pressure sales and complete honesty no shady business here. Mark was great and made sure my car buying experience was pleasant. You don't meet a lot of car salesman that candid and forthright. Good experience. P.S Mark even works for you after the car has been sold I needed some tire sensors for my car and he even did the research for me, found some and sent me the link saving me money. More
