Hide a lot of issues with their cars. Purchased a car from them. They say they check and inspect all their vehicles. They don't. I purchased my car with a bad transmission. Found out my front bumper, roof, and trunk etc were all resprayed and filled with bondo. A lot of the salesmen drive the cars around to get lunch or take them home. The staff hardly budge on price. If you want a specialty vehicle. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Their prices are low for a reason. There are alot of flaws with their vehicles. If you're out of state go to a local place. Because when you're dealing with a car it's always a good idea to see it in person, these guys will say anything you want to hear to sell you a car. More

I have not driven my car much since purchase (Illinois and still winter time), overall the car is in very good shape for 14 years old and hope it performs well as I drive it further. So overall for the location this dealership is a diamond in the ruff considering the unreal high end cars in inventory. More

Phil was so helpful! I purchased a 2012 Boss 302. Phil was very personable and easy to talk to, and enjoyable to talk to on the phone from the first time I called. After the test drive, I noticed an exhaust rattle under drivers side. He said he would have the technician check it. They found the issue and fixed it. I was happy because it was so annoying and wouldn't want to buy a car with a known issue already. I wanted to keep the car there for a little bit since we just had a snow storm and didn't want to drive it on snowy and salty roads, so he was gracious to allow that and had to follow up with me on picking it up. Great service! I had to take a train into the city to pick up the car. Phil sent me the name, phone, AND picture of the car picking me up. I truly appreciated that so I knew what car to look for, could contact the driver when he arrived, and be comforted and prove he is actually the one picking me up. When I picked up the car, it wouldn't start. I was concerned if the dealer would just jump it, and the battery was bad, I drive off and then get stuck on the road, and have to buy another battery already. He had service check the battery to make sure it would hold a charge, and if not, replace it. The battery ended up being ok, and they charged it for awhile. The hot tea was nice while i waited because it was sooooo cold! Lol. He was patient with me. The numbers seemed off by a small amount when i was calculating the final price. I was trying to figure how the tax was being calculated, on vehicle price alone, or with other fees. Phil was considerate to ask a question too about it to his manager, which I truly appreciated, and didn't make me feel like i was a burden for asking. Phil seemed genuinely concerned for me as a customer, gave great customer service, went out of his way to help me, and I would do business with him again! Jim More

However, I never felt like William was trying to over sell me or aggressively pursue my business. There was absolutely no pressure! Even when I mentioned looking at his competitors website. He answered all my questions and was very confident that I would be completely satisfied with the vehicle. I had to travel by plane to visit his establishment and trust that he wasn't wasting my time. He had me picked up and dropped off to the airport. The transition was so smooth that I forget I was buying a car. My next thought was what else does he have for me to buy. I can only recommend William Natal at this establishment because he is the only one I worked with. More
