I had to travel nearly three hours to see the car in person and I wanted to make sure there would be no surprises. When I finally made it into the dealership, everything was in order and everyone was extremely professional. Having dealt with dealerships in the past and being extremely frustrated, I can say this was a very positive experience. In a few years when I'm ready for an upgrade, I'll be looking at Chicago Motors and Mark to do the deal. More

3 Hours Away But Drove It We were looking for a specific automobile and found it on GCMs website. We drove from Indianapolis to Chicago to see the vehicle and test drive it. We called GCM when they opened and we were put in touch with Mark Reed. Mark helped us with directions to GCM and met us at the door to their showroom. He was welcoming and very professional. The vehicle was being prepped for us to see, as we had not made an appointment to see it. We waited about 10 minutes and they drove it in for us to look over. We saw it inside the showroom, which was nice, as it had started raining. Mark rode with us on the test drive as we were unfamiliar with the area and upon return gave us all the time we needed to make a decision There was NO pressure, which we appreciated. We made the offer to purchase the vehicle but had no cashiers check, as we didn't know a final amount. Mark offered to drive us to the nearest PNC Bank where we secured the cashiers check. We had arrived in a rental car so Mark had us follow him to the nearest Enterprise Car Rental so we could return the rental. BTW It was our anniversary and he recommended a delightful restaurant where we had lunch after finishing our transaction with GCM. In the past, we've always purchased chars from factory dealerships but I have to say, this was more of a pleasure doing business at Greater Chicago Motors than any of our many previous dealership car purchases. We absolutely would recommend both Mark Reed and GCM for a vehicle purchase. The car we bought has been a good purchase and we are enjoying driving it. More

Mark did not only negotiated a good price with me, but helped me (patiently) through a financial hiccup since my bank made a mistake on my application. Mark solved my problem right away by financing through the dealer. Not only I was able to drive my car that day, but they gave me a better interest rate than my credit union.
