GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I saw a picture on line of the car that my wife would absolutely adore, 2005 Blue Chrysler PT Cruiser, convertible. I called and spoke with Khayin Mol I saw a picture on line of the car that my wife would absolutely adore, 2005 Blue Chrysler PT Cruiser, convertible. I called and spoke with Khayin Molokwu, who was very nice and professional with me. He gave me a great deal that I could not pass up. I drove from Cross Lanes, WV and picked up the beautiful car of my wife's dreams. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice to us. The dealership is very clean, the vehicles for sale are immaculate!! Khayin, our salesman treated us with great respect. Chad Madani, the fincance man was very nice and polite to us. Update to 10/15 review My bank contacted Greater Chicago Motors (GCM) to investigate the situation. GCM sent them a "one time card payment authorization form" that I never s My bank contacted Greater Chicago Motors (GCM) to investigate the situation. GCM sent them a "one time card payment authorization form" that I never saw, didn't sign and obviously was never sent to me. The form had a bogus e-signature, no physical street address, the wrong city and wrong zip code. The form went on to state the deposit was to be "refunded once car is fully paid for and picked up and car passes inspection with no major egregious errors". There is also a note on the form stating "I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in this form". I'll let you draw your own conclusions as to the legitimacy and self serving wording of the fraudulent document. My bank has since refunded my deposit, so as far as I'm concerned the matter is closed. I've certainly learned my lesson about this outfit, and genuinely hope this review will be helpful for anyone considering doing business with GCM. Do yourselves a favor and read ALL the reviews you can find about GCM, not just the positive ones written by "your guess is as good as mine". One last piece of advice... Get an independent inspection and everything in writing before you make any kind of deposit. Better yet, find a dealer who is honest and save yourself the hassle! More
