Hello Im really sorry to hear about your experience with us. We stock 150 cars and the large majority of our clients are extremely satisfied with there purchase and the condition of the cars. Our building is 23,000sq feet and we do keep most of our sport cars /highline inventory inside. So im not sure what you mean by "small" facility. Im not sure which car you looked at or what happened but I would love to hear more about it . Hi Sam , Thanks for your response . The truth is I actually did buy a car from you guys , but I did not want to post our experience , because I did not want neither your dealership to loose future customers , nor your 2 employees to get in trouble . Honestly my purchase was the worst car buying experience possible . I am unhappy because I feel tricked ,I got an unsafe vehicle to drive home, also I was told the car was serviced , just to find out in the second day of ownership that nothing was done and the cost was $1605 to perform the maintenance required and it had other issues, broken parts that I had not fixed since I could not afford the other $885 that would be necessary to fix the problems that I got at purchase . I tried to get things done at your dealership at no succes . So it definitely ruined my car buying experience and happiness that all your customers should have when buying a car from an exclusive place . It frustrates me because I usually do not get tricked like this and I did trust your guys and was hoping to be a loyal customer for future purchases . Your employees were aware of both the safety and the broken part issues at the time of sale ,as I realized later and the manufacturer dealership confirmed it in writing as soon as I took it in at the first chance . I did not post the whole story and pictures because anyone who would read that review would not dare to buy a car from you guys and that would be wrong.Also I did not want to fight neither with your employees or their superiors ( possibly you ) because my experience was already bad enough and I am trying to enjoy my new car , also in case you would discipline your employees I did not want any possible revenge or trouble, since you guys have all my information . I could show you pictures and invoices and tell you the full story ,but would that get my $2490 back or it would just reprimand your employees and possibly avoid future similar experiences ? William and khayin, as you can see by there steller reviews online would never intentionally disrespect or demean anyone. They are my best salesman and are largely responsibly for the 60+ cars we sell every month and our 4 years in a row of customer service dealerrater award. sorry we couldn't sell you the car 3-4k less than our add price and everything that happened in between. Hello Sam, Appreciate the note. And while I appreciate you taking a bad review as an opportunity to "sell" the benefits of your company, it simply proves that problems such an employee who demonstrates racism towards a guest, starts at the top. It's apparent your sales staff knows what they can get away with and you took his word for a situation not anybody in your company cared to reach out and hear my perspective. William's starting number was $50K. I was at $49k. We were $1,000 away from each other and a good salesman would have gotten the deal done. I had the money in my pocket as your staff knew because they bid and lost on the car I sold which gave me the money to buy another. Your sales rep was so abusive and rude to me, we couldn't get past him criticizing the lower priced cars I used to negotiate this deal.m And you have a rep who lied about features of a model know realizing I've owned 12 of them in the past Good luck for 2018
