He was kind and he send me pictures and videos over the phone with my car I was looking for, I never done this before but since was a great deal and want that car we finally did it! If you’re looking for good car even if you are out of state don’t hesitate , trust them , they are honest people and working with you on everything ,they’ll find you right finance even with not so good credit score! Mr Ahmed and Mr Chad did everything for me and I’m very thankful for that .Also ...Mr Ahmed sent me the car with tank full of diesel and all weather floor mats which wasn’t included with my car but he did it! Swindlers I traded a car in on 1-26-19 and this dealership still has not paid off my loan on that car to this date. They have, however, taken the effort to call my bank FIVE times since our transaction date requesting the most current payoff amount for that day. The only reason I see for this business practice is to lower their payoff sticking me with the last payment. There has been more than ample time for them to complete this transaction. I have NEVER had a dealership not close out my trade-in loan immediately. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More

After a few emails, I showed up without an appointment and Ahmed and Walley couldn't of been more accommodating. Walley took me to the warehouse to see all Q7s available. Neither salesman was pushy and both very helpful. Took a little while to find the Q7 that was just perfect. There was no pressure and Ahmed was very accommodating. Provided all vehicle history and got answers instead of BS or lies just to seal a deal. Ahmed even followed up on a minor issue we had discussed over a week after the sale.
