Good experience I bought an Audi RS4 from Greater Chicago Motors and my experience was very good. I saw the car advertised on CarGurus and submitted a contact form. I bought an Audi RS4 from Greater Chicago Motors and my experience was very good. I saw the car advertised on CarGurus and submitted a contact form. Wally P. contacted me within a day to answer any questions I had about the car. I am out-of-state and would be buying sight unseen. I talked to Wally off and on over the next couple of weeks about the car, with him always answering my questions timely and with not pressure to "buy today". I requested additional photos and walk-around video's which he promptly sent me. The negotiation phase was smooth, with us coming to an agreeable price on both the car and shipping. I dealt with Chad M. to complete the sale. Everything was straightforward and as agreed upon. I.e. no hidden fees or surprises. Shipping was arranged within two days of closing the sale with the car arriving about 36 hours after being picked up. After inspecting the car closely, I found it to be exactly as described by Wally. It is a used car, but he described all the minor dings and nicks exactly. The only negative point is that I asked Wally if the window sticker was present and he indicated it was, however, it was not present. Overall the car was as described and the window sticker being missing is a minor point. More
