worst experience ever I was lied to about the price of the car. I was told it was priced at 22,000 and the sticker said 19,000. I was talked into a cleaning package which I was lied to about the price of the car. I was told it was priced at 22,000 and the sticker said 19,000. I was talked into a cleaning package which costs me an extra 15 dollars a month and now I find out that the reason I can't get them to clean my seats is because it is not in the computer that I paid for the package. So the one time I thought I was getting my seats cleaned the service department lied to me and said they cleaned my seats. (And they did NOT!) Oh and I was also told that the salesman who sold me the car does not work there anymore. Kind of funny Rob since you do still work there... Do not shop for a car here. You will be ripped off!!!!! More

The BEST car dealership in Northwest Ohio I am a first time car buyer. After finding a Subaru Forester online through LaRiche, I knew I wanted to come in and test drive it. Throughout the whole experience, from walking in the door to buying my first car, the whole LaRiche staff went above and beyond my expectations. Derek Gillian was my salesman and there are not enough words to emphasis how great he was. He answered all of the questions I had, gave helpful information, and I did not feel pressure to buy a car. The individual delivering the vehicle took time to go over all of the paperwork with me, and even some of the feature in the car, not before long I was on my way home- and know I will purchase from them the next time around.
