I have been to this dealer 3 times for service, but have yet to buy a vehicle there, so my comments will not include the sales department. I took my 2020 Sedona in for the security recall and they did a nic yet to buy a vehicle there, so my comments will not include the sales department. I took my 2020 Sedona in for the security recall and they did a nice job, but I am disappointed by the crooked notice stickers they placed in my windows. The staff is mostly friendly, courteous and professional. Wiat times vary. When I went in for the recall, they kept me there an hour longer than expected. When I went in for an oil change, they finished an hour sooner than promised, which was approximately 1.5 hours after we arrived. About the customer waiting area. For a relatively new facility like this, the waiting area was pretty darned filthy. Nobody ever seems to properly clean the chairs and tables. They have free coffee and tea, but there is a vending machine for chips and other snacks. Considering the profits this kind of business brings in, I would think such trivial items could be offered for free as well. Other KIa dealers do indeed provide free snacks. Oh yes, the vending machine was partly out of service, as it would take coins, but not recognize their deposit, so only bills accepted. They should remove it entirely. More

We will recommend this dealer to anyone who needs a Kia. More
Brian and Wes took care of everything through text, email, calls. All I had to do was show up and drive it home. Nicest used car I’ve ever had and at dealer less than an hour. My experience with this dealership was horrible . The initial sales guy was Also not informative, and more importantly didn’t care about the customer. Ask the GM to look over my paperwork come to find out he didn’t Evan do anything manager wasn’t willing to make any kind of deal on the car. The person that appraised my car was more looking for his benefit instead the customer very unprofessional as well very clueless about how to help a customer The new GM need for capital Kia really needs to be more involve to help customers Instead saying I will look over and see your deal than come to find out he didn’t do anything to it than when I told them I will get in touch with the owner of the dealership than he call me to get something done after I already left waisted 3 hrs of nothing accomplish offer them 14k to get the deal and they didn’t know how to play with numbers amd close the deal FYI. Look at your contracts very carefully And look and your numbers before signing anything More
