We had tossed around the idea of test driving a Santa Fe so on a whim we decided that Saturday morning that we were going to go do just that. I have always heard great things about the Dennis Dealerships so I suggested we go to the one in Dublin - I'm so glad we did - the salesman (Kevin Munn) that took care of us really listened to what we were looking for....he even unknowingly pointed out a color option that happens to be my husband's favorite color...orange (Canyon Copper!!). Giving us the extra time to take an extended test drive on our own was all we needed to make our decision...Thank You Kevin!! We are sold!! We love our new car!!" More

Overall good experience. The whole process took longet then I would have liked but was a good one. The only problem I had was my rear bumper was scuffed up. I was told to bring it back for a tank of gas and a free wash after 2 tries to buff it out its still there no gas or wash. I planning to get it buffed out by someone else. None of the above had a effect on the sell of the car that was almost perfect really appreciated Adam helping me. More

I would not recommend this dealership!! I will never return to this dealership. There seemed to be a lack of knowledge offer leasing my other 2 vehicles from Ricart Huundai. The sales per I will never return to this dealership. There seemed to be a lack of knowledge offer leasing my other 2 vehicles from Ricart Huundai. The sales person was unaware that the lease mileage mattered, told me I could not keep my plates, told us our all weather mats had to be ordered, all of which were not true. We had to return to the dealership multiple times to resign the lease with the correct mileage, to pick up the mats, to pick up the new plates which they said they would mail, and to pick up a check for our hitch, that was finally ready 1.5 months after purchasing the car. It wasn't just one issue with this dealership. I love Hyundai but would not recommend this dealership. Please don't go here if you have no experience with buying a car. More
