Based on our prior research, we arrived at the dealership knowing the specific model we were interested in. Our salesperson Kevin was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and helped highlight the different features available with the various trim levels and/or packages. The test ride we took adequately satisfied our desire to understand how the vehicle drove and Kevin used this drive to further demonstrate the features of the vehicle. There are no areas of the sales process that I can note for improvement and I look forward to returning to this dealership for routine maintenance items and to purchase our next vehicle at some point in the future. Great Place to Buy a Car I was greeted before I even got in the building and Brent made sure to ask me all about what I was looking for in a new car. I'd walked in determined to buy a Tuscon and he certainly made the Tuscon available for my inspection and test drive. However he listened to what I said I needed right then and what I expected to need in the future and he recommended we also test drive the Santa Fe. And wouldn't you know, I liked that one so much more. Jeff was the finance guy and he made sure to explain everything available to me without ever making me feel pressured to buy something I did not want or need. Both have checked in on me since the purchase and over all a great car buying experience. More
