He knew exactly what I was looking for in a car before I did. I came in knowing I wanted an Elantra but not sure which one. He maximized my purchase by picking out the PERFECT car for me and getting the highest price for my trade in. The Elantra Value Limited was a step above what I came in to see but within my price range and the perfect car. I LOVE my car!!!! And I love Dennis Hyundai. Deceptive Selling practices I bought a used car from this dealer less than two weeks ago. Within a day of driving off the lot, the car began leaking oil like crazy. I took it int I bought a used car from this dealer less than two weeks ago. Within a day of driving off the lot, the car began leaking oil like crazy. I took it into my mechanic, who said the oil pan was completely rusted through, and that there was no way that the Hyundai dealer could have not been aware of this situation when they sold me the car, since they had just changed the oil and completed a used car inspection. He recommended I take it back to the dealer and have them fix it, as they deceptively sold it to me in that condition. After contacting the dealer, they absolutely refused to do anything about it, citing the "as is" clause that they sell used cars under. Buyers beware - Do not buy a used car without having it inspected by a mechanic whom you trust. You absolutely cannot trust this dealer's inspection process, or they will lie to you and then force you to pay for the repairs. Edit: I was contacted by the dealer after posting this review, and they offered to pay half of the cost of the oil pan repair, and perform the next oil change for free. More

Based on our prior research, we arrived at the dealership knowing the specific model we were interested in. Our salesperson Kevin was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and helped highlight the different features available with the various trim levels and/or packages. The test ride we took adequately satisfied our desire to understand how the vehicle drove and Kevin used this drive to further demonstrate the features of the vehicle. There are no areas of the sales process that I can note for improvement and I look forward to returning to this dealership for routine maintenance items and to purchase our next vehicle at some point in the future.
