Andrew Childs, in their Service Department, was very courteous and gave prompt attention when I brought my vehicle in Tuesday afternoon. He reviewed their Multi-Check Service Analysis to let me know what I would have in repairs in order to bring my Sonata "Back To Life." I applied for CarCareOne and was accepted in case I would have the repairs completed. Drew also gave me the phone number of Adam Bryant in Charge of the Sales Department in case I wanted to explore a New or Used Vehicle option. Adam immediately had Jim Linsey, one of their Sales Professionals, contact me via e-mail. Jim Linsey is the kind of person that one feels immediately comfortable with. We traded e-mails and phone conversations before we had our "Face to Face" Thursday afternoon. From the time we met until the finalization of a Used Car, Jim gave timely and very knowledgeable feedback to all my Concerns and Questions. This carried through to taking time to walk me through All the Controls and Features in my "New Car." His Level of Salesmanship was Outstanding! Thank you Jim!! Deceptive Selling practices I bought a used car from this dealer less than two weeks ago. Within a day of driving off the lot, the car began leaking oil like crazy. I took it int I bought a used car from this dealer less than two weeks ago. Within a day of driving off the lot, the car began leaking oil like crazy. I took it into my mechanic, who said the oil pan was completely rusted through, and that there was no way that the Hyundai dealer could have not been aware of this situation when they sold me the car, since they had just changed the oil and completed a used car inspection. He recommended I take it back to the dealer and have them fix it, as they deceptively sold it to me in that condition. After contacting the dealer, they absolutely refused to do anything about it, citing the "as is" clause that they sell used cars under. Buyers beware - Do not buy a used car without having it inspected by a mechanic whom you trust. You absolutely cannot trust this dealer's inspection process, or they will lie to you and then force you to pay for the repairs. Edit: I was contacted by the dealer after posting this review, and they offered to pay half of the cost of the oil pan repair, and perform the next oil change for free. More
