Arrogance? I'm not sure what this dealership is all about. I had received letters from them, stating they could see I was paying off my car, requesting I come t I'm not sure what this dealership is all about. I had received letters from them, stating they could see I was paying off my car, requesting I come to visit them, etc. I'm not from the city, and prefer to stay away from the traffic, but having time on Friday, 4/14/17, drove to Dublin to look at a couple of used vehicles on their lot. We walked around, went inside and back out for over 45 minutes and not one person spoke to us. Yes, a couple of salesmen were with customers, but there were others on the phone when we went inside but no one said a word.... not even a "I'll be right with you" . . nothing. Did we not look like we could afford your vehicles ?? This is the only conclusion I can even come up with. True, people do not want someone to pounce as soon as you are on the lot, but 45 minutes and still nothing ?? And to go inside and still be ignored ?? I will not waste my time again. Thank you Byers for your outstanding treatment to your customers! Yes, I drove home in a very nice used vehicle!! More

Called dealership this morning and left VM and 12 hours later NO one has called me back, re: Santa Fe Limited Bumped my door against the stantion for shopping carts and big chunk of paint fell off. Must of bought their paint at "Big Lots".. Cannot play radio without car running or open doors.....that's ingenious.......save the battery by ruining the ozone layer More

Spent way to much time in the office because they were out of lease contracts which affected any customer there leasing a vehicle. They had to get them from another location. Waited almost an extra hour for the person to get there with the contracts. Once we completed the paperwork, found that things were not correct not once but twice. Then we get a call the next day to say they had the wrong car listed on extended warranty paperwork and had to come in again. I know it was a very busy Saturday but you need to slow down and check and recheck your work. More
