Good but a few things would make the experience great. Jim did a good job of letting us know when a vehicle had arrived on the lot. One additional option of a fabric and paint protection package was added before we saw the vehicle the same day it arrived to the dealership, which the claim was that the dealer puts this package on all their new vehicles. However at a price of nearly $1,000, it seems to be used to drive the price and what you ultimately pay up. We love the vehicle, felt ok about the price (we did buy the vehicle) but as always hate the process of buying a car which always takes hours and at most every turn trying to avoid being taken of. More

Arrogance? I'm not sure what this dealership is all about. I had received letters from them, stating they could see I was paying off my car, requesting I come t I'm not sure what this dealership is all about. I had received letters from them, stating they could see I was paying off my car, requesting I come to visit them, etc. I'm not from the city, and prefer to stay away from the traffic, but having time on Friday, 4/14/17, drove to Dublin to look at a couple of used vehicles on their lot. We walked around, went inside and back out for over 45 minutes and not one person spoke to us. Yes, a couple of salesmen were with customers, but there were others on the phone when we went inside but no one said a word.... not even a "I'll be right with you" . . nothing. Did we not look like we could afford your vehicles ?? This is the only conclusion I can even come up with. True, people do not want someone to pounce as soon as you are on the lot, but 45 minutes and still nothing ?? And to go inside and still be ignored ?? I will not waste my time again. Thank you Byers for your outstanding treatment to your customers! Yes, I drove home in a very nice used vehicle!! More
